Nuts

Nuts are among the favorite foods of birds, and they can eat several types, most notably almonds, peanuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, and others. Nuts are characterized by their high content of protein and fats that are beneficial for the health of birds.

Care must be taken to provide peeled nuts, as unpeeled nuts may expose the sparrow to the risk of suffocation, and therefore it is preferable to crush them and cut them into very small pieces before serving nuts to the birds. It should be noted that salted peanuts should not be offered to them, because it causes harm to them.
